Redwire has achieved significant milestones in solar technology with its Roll-Out Solar Array (ROSA) and Extensible Low-Profile Solar Array (ELSA), providing hardware for key NASA missions including DART, the International Space Station, and the Lunar Gateway. Via a partnership with Maxar Technologies, Redwire has developed two ROSA wings for the Lunar Gateway Power and Propulsion Element (PPE), which are expected for delivery this year. This innovative technology is crucial for enhancing astronaut safety, optimizing solar power on orbit, and for supporting future lunar and Martian exploration efforts.
