Redwire is exploring multiple solutions throughout the technology value chain leveraging our existing capabilities to help defend the United States.

SabreSat Orbital Drone

Built in the United States and designed for performance, endurance, and cost-effectiveness, Redwire’s SabreSat VLEO spacecraft can detect, identify and potentially mitigate threats.

DARPA is currently leveraging SabreSat to support its Otter mission.

Space-based Sensors

Redwire’s space-based sensor capabilities, such as the cameras used on Firefly’s Blue Ghost and Intuitive Machines’ IM-2 lunar landers, offer resiliency, timely threat detection and custody.

Digital mission planning and architecture assessment

Redwire’s Digitally Engineered Mission Systems & Integration (DEMSI) agent-based digital engineering environment combines best-in-class commercially available systems and domain engineering tools for high fidelity simulation.

For Golden Dome, DEMSI could enable end-to-end architecture assessment across land and space for threat mitigation.

Ground-based Rocket Systems

Redwire has partnered with X-Bow Systems to build ground-based rocket systems which could be immediately leveraged at scale to help defend the U.S. homeland and for affordable hypersonics.

Redwire’s contribution to X-Bow’s rockets include the design and development of the launch vehicle structure and interfaces.
