Eyes of Orion

NASA’s Artemis I mission, launched in 2022, signals a new era of space exploration. As a leading supplier of space infrastructure, Redwire is providing advanced imaging capabilities for NASA’s Orion spacecraft.

Today Orion is playing a critical role in enabling new human and activity and science on the lunar surface. Redwire provided the Orion Camera system for Artemis I, and will provide a similar camera system for the upcoming Artemis II mission.

In-Space Propulsion Systems

Valkyrie is a next generation Hall Effect Thruster designed to deliver a high performance solution to proliferated satellite constellations. Developed in partnership with Phase Four, the Valkyrie thruster is anticipated to go into full-rate production in 2025.

Star Trackers

Redwire’s advanced star trackers leverage deep experience developing high performance, high reliability GN&C components. With more than 100 star trackers delivered, Redwire star trackers have provided demonstrated performance as the primary attitude sensor for orbiting spacecraft.
