Seeker Star Trackers

SeekerTRAC star trackers are manufactured in the EU and deliver accurate, reliable attitude determination in demanding environments. SeekerTRAC is software-reconfigurable in-orbit and supports high update rates with rapid lost-in-space recovery. The design incorporates improved SEU mitigation, enhanced built-in test (BIT), and radiation tolerance. SeekerTRAC also supports object-detection modes, providing access to raw imagery and up to 2,000 image centroids — the fundamental building block for unresolved object detection and tracking algorithms — to enable optical navigation and space situational awareness applications. Standard interfaces support both telemetry and high-rate imaging data, simplifying integration. Designed for a 10-year GEO service life.

Star Field Simulator

SeekerSIM

SeekerSIM is a dynamic star field simulator designed to support flat-sat and hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing for Redwire’s star trackers. It is fully configurable for various motion rates, vehicle control scenarios, and pointing transitions, enabling rigorous pre-flight validation. Beyond stellar simulation, SeekerSIM can inject non-stellar objects to support evaluation of object detection and tracking algorithms. Each unit comes complete with its own chassis, cabling, power supply, laptop, and software suite—providing a ready-to-use testing environment out of the box.
