With three-axis mechanical and electrical stabilization, a 4K color EO camera featuring 20x super resolution zoom, and an MWIR sensor offering 13.7x continuous optical zoom down to 1.6° FOV, the Octopus E180 delivers mission-critical intelligence at greater standoff ranges. A built-in laser range finder enables accurate targeting, while powerful onboard processing reduces operator burden with target tracking, image enhancement, and moving target indication. Fully non-ITAR and built for demanding missions, the E180 is more than a payload—it’s your tactical advantage.

​Imaging Features

Target Tracking

The object tracking is a fundamental feature for long-range surveillance, monitoring and law enforcement applications. The operator can allocate the target and zoom in, while the onboard processor will hold the target in the center of the video screen, regardless of the aircraft movement direction.

MWIR Camera Performance

Imaging Features

E180 is the smallest four-sensor MWIR gimbal that combines cutting-edge sensor technology and high accuracy of geo-location and moving map software. Providing high-quality video with ultimate stability even at 90x optical zoom for daylight camera and up to 15x continuous optical zoom for MWIR camera, it enables the system to operate in any lighting conditions.
