Redwire’s Edge Autonomy Team Attends Opening of the Autonomous Systems Competence Center in Latvia

Redwire’s Edge Autonomy team in Latvia recently had the honor of attending the official opening of the Autonomous Systems Competence Center in Riga, a new hub that will serve as a national platform for the development and integration of drone technologies within the Latvian National Armed Forces.

The center brings together industry experts, strategic partners, and government stakeholders to accelerate the development of advanced systems. With a 15-year presence in Latvia, Redwire’s Edge Autonomy team is committed to supporting ongoing innovation that supplies the National Armed Forces with leading technology for the growing defense and technology ecosystem.

At the event, the team showcased the Penguin C VTOL Mk 3 UAS, the latest in Edge Autonomy’s field-proven series of uncrewed aerial platforms.
